When an incident report is received, fleet personnel are notified by a telephone call, an alert on a hand-held device, or an e-mail. The notification contains key information about the incident and a recording of the actual call.
Howamidriving.com includes a flexible Web-based reporting tool that allows fleet personnel to “slice and dice” incident data to understand key trends, recurring driver issues, location of higher-risk operations, etc.
